4-4 Summer Rosters (Subject to change and additions)
Dear 4-on-4 Player:Thanks for signing up for Westford Academy’s 15th annual 4-4 summer basketball league. We have 80+ players registered and will have 12 teams. I attempted to balance the teams as best I could by grade level and by the MANY requests I had. It may not be 100% perfect, but I think it will work fine!
The league will begin on Monday, June 18, 2007 in the WA Main and Aux Gyms with games at 5:00 and 6:00pm. I have enclosed a schedule for you. Games will start promptly at 5:00pm and 6:00pm, with the gym closing by 7:15pm.
On June 18, 2007, would you please show up 30 minutes before your game start time for shirt distribution and team organization.
For your planning purposes the 11 game dates are as follows:

Ben Coffin '00 Selected to the Westford Academy Athletic Hall of FAme
Ben had an amazing career as a varsity basketball player, finishing with a combined 41-5 record during his tenure. He helped lead his team to the DCL Championship (1999) and deep into tournament play during both the 1999 and 2000 seasons.
Ben’s individual accomplishments and statistics are numerous and equally impressive. In two years of varsity: 776 points (556 in his senior year), 411 career rebounds, 94 career blocked shots, an 80% free throw average, a 63% field goal average, and a game high 47 points in a tournament game!
Ben was recognized by the Dual County League as an All-Star in his junior season and as DCL League co-MVP during his senior year. He was Greater Lowell Holiday Tournament MVP, both Lowell Sun and Boston Herald All-Scholastic, and featured on www.schoolsports.com.
After Westford Academy, Ben played at Williams College (4 years), culminating with a NCAA Division III National Championship title and many other team and individual awards.
