WA ADVANCES

WA took advantage of its 2nd home tournament game (and last game of the year at WA) by defeating a tough Arlington team 54-47. T.J. Jann (17 points, 10 rebounds), Peter Lynch (14 points, 14 rebounds), and Marc Napolitana (12 points on four 3-pointers) were all outstanding for Westford. Westford is now 3-1 in tournament action against Arlington over the past 12 years and waits to advance to the Division II North semi-finals against the winner of Marblehead (#1 Seed) and Wakefield.

Tournament Game

WA will play Wakefield at Waltham High School on March 4, 2008 at 7:00PM in the North Division II Semi-Finals.

Wakefield Defeats WA

Wakefield defeated WA 74-60 to end its tournament run.
Peter Lynch had 25 points while TJ Jann added 13. The Ghost finish the season at 14-9.

Evening of Basketball

The 31st Annual "Evening of Basketball" will take place this Friday, March 14,2008 in the WA Main Gym. The event will host several basketball games including a WA Faculty game and the Alumni against the Varsity. Games begin after the 3 point and Free Throw contest at around 4:30pm.
