Post Season Honors

Seniors Peter Lynch and Alex Haines along with junior TJ Jann were recognized for their outstanding 2008-2009 season with several post-season awards.

Peter Lynch was recognized as a scholastic All-Star by the Boston Globe, Boston Herald, and the Lowell Sun. Peter also received the Sportmanship award from the Basketball Official Board #95. Peter will attend Middlebury College next year.

Senior Alex Haines was recognized as a Lowell Sun All-Star and leaves Westford Academy as the all-time leading rebounder. Alex will attend Union College next year.

Junior TJ Jann also was recognized as a Lowell Sun All-Star for the 2008-2009 season.

2009 Middle School 4-4 Summer League

Information about the 2009 Summer 4-4 League for Middle School players will be posted after the April school vacation. Check back soon!

Spring Open Gyms

Open Gyms will start this week on Thursday, April 30, from 6-7:30 at the WA Main Gym. They will continue every Thursday until the end of the school year. As usual, if a Spring sports time needs the gym because of bad weather outside, they have first priority.
